Vendor Registration for ATMIM Conference

The Association of Teachers of Mathematics in Massachusetts (ATMIM) is currently looking for sponsors for our spring conference taking place on March 14, 2024 at College of the Holy Cross.  The theme of the conference is “All Students Deserve a Piece of Pi” and we would love to have you join us to showcase your products for mathematics education!

We have the following opportunities available for sponsors:

EXHIBITOR (10 available) -- $300

• 6’ display table in the Exhibitor Area

• Recognition in the conference program

BREAKFAST SPONSOR (one available) -- $1000

• 6’ display table in the Exhibitor Area

• Half-page advertisement in the conference program

• Verbal recognition and thanks at the continental breakfast

• Signs posted at the registration desk and the food tables thanking you for making the event possible

• 5 minute time slot to address the participants at the breakfast

LUNCHEON SPONSOR (one available) -- $2000

• 6’ display table in the Exhibitor Area

• Full-page advertisement in the conference program

• Verbal recognition and thanks at luncheon

• Signs posted at the registration desk and the food tables thanking you for making the event possible

• 5 minute time slot to address the participants at the luncheon
